5-STARS x 100! Our AC stopped working on the hottest night of the year so far! We taxed TRISON 1st thing in the morning and Patrick was knocking on our door mid-afternoon! After checking our unit, and a big sigh of relief on our part…what was so impressive and immensely appreciated was that Patrick went to pick up the part on the other side of the city and came back that evening and we were "cooled" down by bedtime. Thank you TRISON and something tells me we'll likely have to call on you again sooner than later. We are happy to recommend this family owned business and hope you will consider calling TRISON for your HVAC needs!

I have had the pleasure of watching this family grow and evolve from little children, to highly motivated business owners for over 20 years! Patrick and his family have always taken great care of our heating and cooling needs. Their services included; installing multiple furnaces, installing our homes first central air system, and honestly and effectively diagnosed a $100 broken part on a condenser. There were multiple instances where they could have said we needed to spend $3000 or more on a new unit, but instead they took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem to save us money. Most recently Trison installed our new furnace, the price was fair, the job was completed effectively in a timely fashion, and there was no clean up required by us. We are always happy customers, the honesty and commitment to their customers is second to none! This family will never call anyone else.

Trison has excellent, friendly customer service from start to finish. They are dedicated professionals who take pride in their work. I needed same day AC service on a Friday prior to the forecasted 95 degree weekend. Connor and Collin were fantastic. They immediately knew what the issue was and explained it to me. Connor didn't have the correct size capacitor with him, but returned early the next morning and had me up and running within minutes! Thank You!!! Trison, you guys truly rock! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

From the moment they answered the phone to the final stage of installing A.C. they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and explained everything in detail.
